PT Medco Power Indonesia was established in 2004 as a private electricity company or Independent Power Producer (IPP) and a provider of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services. Currently, Medco Power owns and operates more than 3,100 MW, spread across 15 locations in Indonesia.
Medco Power is also developing the Sumbawa Solar Power Project with a capacity of 26 MWp. The Sumbawa Solar Power Project is planned to be commercially operational starting Q2 2022. Furthermore, Medco Power will undertake the development of the West Bali and East Bali Solar Power Projects with a total capacity of 2×25 MWp. Additionally, Medco Power has implemented electric vehicles as operational vehicles in its central office area and in subsidiary entities such as in Riau, Batam, and Jepara.

- Implementing SCM in MM Module to centralize all the mined goods and what to transform, cross functioning with SD Module.
- SCM fully functioning and able to track until unit measurement.
- Warehouse – functioning as storage management warehouse system for raw material, semi-finished & finished goods also tracking the usage for fuel, spare parts and enabling function to request to order, cross functioning with multiple module
- CO-PC & CO-PA – Functioning Costs controlling Period closing processes, WBS settlement, Actual Cost Allocation, Actual Cost Splitting and handling it as overall costs & PA supporting for analysis & reporting profitability.

- Operation – this module act as tracker for usability and planning for production. Key implementation located in its function as:
- Resource Management, Cost Management, Time Management.
- To maintaining project cycle.
- Planning - PM module allows for the creation of project structures, defining work breakdown structures (WBS), activities, tasks, and milestones. It enables scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting for projects.
- Budgeting – act as module that controls everything related for business start from Budget preparation, tracking commitments againts budget, multi level budgeting, Grant (Fund Management) & Workflow Approval as well, also integrated with all modules.
- Production – this module act as project structuring & Asset management tools to track down cost until smallest unit measurement level.
