Job Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
