Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Ensure network security and data backup procedures.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
